We finished up this job, as far as we could go… on Friday…yay! The foyer is 99% done. I have 1 wall, leading down to the basement level, where the locker rooms are located, to complete. This wall was damaged before I ever began any work, and no one has come back to finish the repair work. Apparently, someone will do so this week. Also, I have 2 of the 4 walls glazed in the WiFi Library. A counter was installed at the wrong height, so has to be removed and corrected. This counter touches the other 2 walls, so I could not glaze those yet. The lighting, carpet, tile, and misc. repairs are all supposed to be happening this week. My plan is to get back in the building on Thursday or Friday of this week to wrap my portion up. The furniture will be delivered the following week. Since the place is still quite dirty w/the old carpeting down and everyone’s tools, etc. I will just post a few pics now. Also, no great lighting yet, or window treatments, so hard to get a good photo.
There are four rows (from floor to ceiling) of these 48" squares.
The stone wall portion was done using Aqua Stone and 2 glazes. It will have some framing around it to match the window trim color. A flat screen tv will be mounted over the fireplace.
