A huge tree was uprooted in my neighborhood, falling across the street and landing on a house. Luckily, the elderly woman residing there was unhurt and able to get out of her house safely.
We were without power for a few days, but that was a minor inconvenience when we finally saw what others in NY and NJ are experiencing.
