Although Susan and I finished these two bathrooms a few weeks ago, I just haven’t been able to sit down and write this post. After working all day, I’m finding it difficult to keep up with all the social networking sites and then have time left over to write my own blog posts. However, I have been working on a few projects lately that I think you might enjoy seeing, so I’m going to try to spend a little more time right here on my own blog.I had the opportunity to use one of my all time favorite stencils from the Stencil Library for this job. If you follow this blog, you will recognize it right away since I’ve used it on several other jobs, as well as in my own home.
This elegant Fennel design works best done quite simply. We just used an off-white and added some pearl highlights. The charcoal background was a perfect canvas to make these pop.
This closer shot shows the pearl highlighting.
There area lot of mirrors in this Master Bath. A Fennel grouping was painted to the left of the toilet and around the jacuzzi. You see the Fennel reflected in the mirrored wall, which gives the illusion that it is also on the mirror.
Another view of the Fennel grouping surrounding the toilet.
This grouping is also reflected in the opposite mirrored wall.
Lastly, we added a small grouping near the sink, which also reflects in an adjacent mirror.
